Icons offices to rent in 102 m high IT Tower in Brussels

The prestigious building, built in 1972, gave way to the 102-meter-high 'IT TOWER' building, whose architectural design was conceived by architect Walter Bresseleers.

The building is composed of two unequal connected towers: a blind tower in concrete for technical and service purposes (elevators, plumbing, stairs) and the other tower for office use.

The building has an attractive international modernist architecture look, characterized by a rational layout. The building's impact structure is conceived as a concrete grid structure with 28 piers and facades of thermopane glass and black aluminum.

The main tower has 23 floors above ground, 21 of which are used entirely as office space. There are 5 underground floors with retail space at -1 and parking and archives up to -5.

On the first floor are communal meeting rooms and a large reception hall with inviting sofa corners and the building reception desk. A fitness center and café on level -1 provides sports and relaxation also with showers for outdoor athletes.
