Art-Déco quiet offices for rent in Brussl North

The downtown area has a distinct, well known identity. This is the previous 'Bon Marché' which underwent a heavy renovation to convert it into an office building.

The original facade was preserved and extended in the same Art-Deco style. A large domed roof was installed on 3 levels. This work was carried out by the Atelier d'Art Urbain
and is typical of this period, which was influenced by the action plan as part of the
the reconstruction of Brussels.
