B-Center is situated in a prime location, close to the entrance/exit of the E17 and E40 motorways and also on the Kortrijksesteenweg. This means extremely easy access to Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges & Kortrijk.

The B-center is also easily accessible by public transport. By train you go to Gent Sint-Pieters and from there you take the bus (13 minutes), the bus stop is a 3 min walk away. Parking for you or your visitors is completely free.

B-Center: modern air-conditioned offices and meeting rooms. There are offices available in the center from 20m² to 127m². The meeting rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment and are available free of charge to the companies in the B-Center, subject to reservation.

If you rent an office in the B-Center you can choose whether you want to furnish it according to your own needs.
